Mixed-use property currently utilized almost entirely for agriculture. Until 2021, it was used for livestock breeding with 1,300 breeding cows and 800 calves in rearing, which is why it retains well-maintained and fully functional livestock infrastructure, including fencing, water systems, paddocks, Australian tanks, troughs, and sheds.

Current crops include corn, sorghum, and sunflower. Paddocks not currently used for agriculture or livestock require minor clearing work, as regrowth does not exceed two years of development.
