Mixed-use agricultural and livestock property with 650 hectares dedicated to agriculture and 650 hectares dedicated to livestock production. The agricultural area has primarily been used for the cultivation of corn and soybeans, and to a lesser extent, sorghum and millet. It has been developed for agricultural production over the past 20 years.

The property has now been converted into a mixed-use operation, with livestock watering facilities, paddocks, fencing, pipelines, and all the necessary infrastructure, recently installed to efficiently carry out cattle production through breeding and backgrounding cycles. The property has a carrying capacity of approximately 1,000 breeding cows and 850 calves, which reach approximately 230 kg during both cycles. This weight is achieved through pasture and corn-based feeding over a period of approximately 10 months.

The property is located in the northeastern part of San Luis Province, along National Highway No. 148, very close to the town of Naschel, with convenient access from several major cities in the province. The region receives an average annual rainfall of approximately 650 mm.
