It is characterized by:
• The establishment of new vineyards, mainly red grape varieties.
• An average temperature of 14°C.
• A high thermal amplitude, approximately 15°C.
• Annual rainfall of only 350 mm and more than 250 sunny days per year.
• Irrigation with water from streams and rivers of snowmelt (nival-glacial) origin.
Access is via Provincial Route N°94 and approximately 4 km of gravel road. It is located 32 km from the town of Tunuyán and National Route N°40, and 110 km from the provincial capital.
