Set of four forestry properties in full production, all located along paved roads (National Route N°118 and Provincial Route N°6), very close to the town of Santa Rosa. The farthest property is only 14 km from the town and the closest is less than 4 km away, providing excellent location, accessibility, and proximity to local sawmills and the Santa Rosa forestry-industrial park.

Currently, 1,076 hectares of eucalyptus are planted, with stands of different ages, including seed-grown trees, clones, and regrowth. In addition, there are 423 hectares of pine, mostly used for resin production, totaling more than 135,000 trees under tapping, generating an estimated annual income of حوالي USD 50,000.

In non-forested areas, the land is currently leased for livestock production to local farmers, with potential for silvopastoral systems and further development of livestock activities. In general, the stands are managed with low pruning (up to 2.5 m in height), minimal thinning, and limited silvicultural practices, resulting in wood that is not of high quality.
