Important cattle ranch located in an area known as “El Descanso” near the junction of Provincial Routes No. 30 and 23. The property currently holds cattle and is mainly dedicated to cow-calf operations, as well as the raising of steers on pasture, with approximately 6,000 head, about half of which are breeding cows.

The ranch is located along Provincial Route No. 30, a well-maintained gravel road that ensures access to the property and divides it into northern and southern sections, also allowing access to the different paddocks that border the road.

Due to the presence of marshlands and tall natural grasslands, the property is suitable for raising steers. Although the area can be subject to flooding, it has sectors with higher wooded islands that provide resting areas and natural shelter for the cattle during periods when water is present in the fields.

The property also has tourism and/or hunting reserve potential, due to the presence of the Ávalos River bordering it to the west and the wildlife that inhabits its banks.
