Developed livestock property in full operation, with the establishment of various tropical pastures, especially Gatton Panic, Rhodes grass, and others. It has a reliable water supply through reservoirs and boreholes that feed an underground pipeline network and water troughs across all paddocks.

It is located in western Formosa Province, very close to the town of San Martín N°2, with direct access from National Route N°86, near the junction with National Route N°24 coming from the south. The soils show very good suitability for high-demand pastures such as Gatton Panic, as well as for mixed production systems incorporating agriculture.

The property is currently leased and used for livestock production, including breeding and the raising of heavy steers.
