Located in Formosa Province, Patiño Department, 20 km from the town of Estanislao del Campo. Access is via a rural dirt road in good condition, 15 km from Provincial Route N°24.

The property has a total of 2,800 cleared hectares, of which approximately 500 hectares are used or suitable for agriculture, as they have been cleared and leveled. The remaining 2,300 hectares are planted with tropical pastures such as Gatton panic and Rhodes grass, with good density and coverage.

Additionally, the property includes 66 hectares of water reserves (lagoons, reservoirs, and natural wetlands), 242 hectares of woodland shelter belts for shade and livestock protection, 1,580 hectares of high forest, 150 hectares of low forest, and natural grasslands with good forage availability.

The predominant native species include itín, tatane, algarrobo, vinal, white quebracho, and red quebracho. In the high and low forest areas, as well as in the natural grasslands, native forage species are predominant.
