Mixed-use property of 1,009 hectares, located near Rufino, Santa Fe Province. The field has strong development potential, with well-defined environments and ongoing improvements, including new internal roads.

The property is a long, narrow rectangle oriented east to west, bordered by an interprovincial dirt road, and features a main internal road running its full length to a permanent lagoon. Additionally, five cross roads (north to south) enhance accessibility and optimize land use.

The agricultural area has very good potential, including approximately 200 hectares classified as Soil Class II (suitable even for peanut production), and another 350 hectares of slightly lower but still productive quality.

The livestock area is currently underutilized but offers strong potential with further development of water distribution and pasture establishment.

At the eastern end, there is a permanent lagoon of about 100 hectares. The central area hosts the main facilities, including a wooded section with two staff houses and a well-maintained shed with new roofing and doors.
