Livestock property for breeding and rearing, located on Provincial Route N°3 near Nahuel Mapá. It has a total area of 7,742 hectares, with 2,200 hectares allocated to forage agriculture, supporting a carrying capacity of more than 2,500 breeding cows.

Crops include rye, sorghum, melilotus, weeping grass, corn, and wheat, with the remaining area consisting of natural pasture. Sunflower is also cultivated in neighboring fields.

The property is supplied with water from the Las Carretas aqueduct, supported by an efficient storage and distribution system. Additionally, it features over 190 hectares of well-maintained internal roads, allowing full access across all paddocks without difficulty.
