Operating livestock property, currently dedicated to the backgrounding of steers, which are brought in at approximately 200 kg and finished on pasture at 4 to 5 years of age. The farm is located in the Esquina department, 60 km from the city, southeast of the Corriente River, near the Sarandí River.

The property features a variety of environments, mainly wetlands, marshes, tall grasslands, and low native woodlands, where excess water predominates due to local waterlogging or flooding caused by the overflow of the Sarandí River.

This is a property with greater productive potential than its current use, provided that certain improvements are carried out, such as clearing of wooded areas, road improvements, and paddock subdivision. Additionally, it offers potential for rural tourism and hunting operations, given the diversity of both exotic and native wildlife.
