The ranch is located in the Calamuchita Valley, within the Los Comechingones mountain range, near the hamlet of El Durazno, which is part of the municipality of Yacanto de Calamuchita. The property lies at elevations ranging from 1,800 to 2,300 meters above sea level, in what is known as the upper Comechingones mountain region. This area is characterized by vast landscapes crossed by streams and natural springs, offering outstanding views over the Calamuchita Valley, including the reservoirs of Los Molinos, Cerro Pelado, and Río Tercero. The property also enjoys panoramic views toward the Traslasierra Valley, from where towns and lakes in that region, as well as areas of San Luis Province, can be seen.

Its proximity to important tourist destinations such as Villa General Belgrano and Santa Rosa de Calamuchita, together with its location between two of the most picturesque and highly regarded mountain villages in Córdoba Province—Yacanto and El Durazno—makes this property truly unique within the region.

Throughout the estate, in addition to its remarkable scenery, there are numerous streams, natural springs, and waterfalls that further enhance its beauty. The Los Machos Stream crosses the property from north to south, extending for approximately 6 kilometers. The ranch comprises approximately 4,277 hectares, including 4,185 hectares with registered title (clear ownership) and approximately 200 hectares held under possessory rights. The variety of native grasslands makes the property ideal for cattle and sheep breeding and backgrounding operations, as well as alternative livestock ventures such as llamas, vicuñas, and similar species. The owner is willing to sell the property either as a whole or in separate parcels.

Due to its unique geographic location and high level of privacy, the property is home to a wide variety of wildlife. It is common to observe mountain bird species such as Andean condors, Black-chested Buzzard-Eagles, thrushes, and many others, as well as deer, wild boars, red foxes, pumas, hares, and partridges.

The mountain peaks that form the property's western boundary are the source of numerous springs and perennial streams, including the Los Machos Stream. As a result, the waters support significant populations of Rainbow Trout and Brook Trout (Fontinalis), making the area particularly attractive for sport fishing and nature enthusiasts.
