716-hectare property located on National Route No. 38, very close to the town of Villa de Soto. The main activity of the establishment is olive oil production. For this purpose, the property includes the following olive groves:

• 17 hectares of mature olive trees, with some missing plants, under flood irrigation

• 10 hectares of approximately 6-year-old olive trees (5,000 plants), under drip irrigation

• 3 hectares of dual-purpose olive trees, approximately 4 years old, also under drip irrigation

For oil processing, the property features an extraction plant of approximately 200 m² in very good condition. It has granite flooring and ceramic-tiled walls, and is fully equipped and ready to operate, with a processing capacity of 700 kg of olives per hour. The system is a centrifugal unit (Olio Mio), fully powered by solar energy. Regarding livestock production, the property currently has around 100 breeding cows. Within its total area, there are 2 paddocks of native forest that cannot be cleared, while the remaining land has been selectively cleared. There are also fully cleared areas with established pastures, including Gatton panic and Buffel grass, some areas with alfalfa, and approximately 4 hectares planted with sorghum.
