Well-developed property with underground water resources. The property has a total area of 10,960 hectares, of which 2,000 hectares are agricultural, 1,800 hectares are livestock pasture with Gatton Panic, and 2,400 hectares have been cleared and are in development.

Property of 5,403 hectares located in Fortín Ávalos Sánchez. It currently has 900 hectares developed and an approved plan to expand approximately 3,000 additional productive hectares. The land is predominantly high ground, although it also includes lower areas surrounded by branches of the Pilcomayo and Montelindo rivers. A key highlight is the high percentage of permitted development, reaching 73%.

Livestock property with agricultural potential, totaling 6,500 hectares fully developed, of which 3,900 hectares are planted with pastures. The field features very uniform soils with phosphorus levels above 90 ppm, groundwater availability, and an average annual rainfall of approximately 700 mm.
