Vineyard planted with three grape varieties over a total of 50 hectares. The main varietal is Malbec (62% of the total area), followed by Cabernet Sauvignon (30.70%) and Cabernet Franc (7.30%). Planting distances are generally 2.5 m x 2 m, with 5 hectares of Malbec planted at 2.5 m x 1.2 m, using a high trellis system.

The quality of the soils and irrigation water (scheduled supply), the altitude (1,600 meters above sea level), the wide thermal amplitude (average summer temperatures ranging from 33°C during the day to 7°C at night), and the low annual rainfall (150 mm) make this valley and property a privileged location for producing high-quality grapes. The harvest is used to produce premium wines.

The property is located in the Calingasta Valley, in the town of Tamberías, San Juan Province, an area known for garlic and vineyard production, as well as tourism due to its scenic beauty and proximity to the Andes Mountains.

The total area is 60 hectares, of which 50 hectares are planted and the remaining 10 hectares are used for roads and infrastructure.
