A 5,816-hectare property dedicated to cattle ranching and deer farming (the latter incorporated several years ago). It has 500 hectares of valley land with deep black soil suitable for agriculture. Currently, 250 hectares are under cultivation, where corn, oats, and alfalfa are grown as complementary forage for winter use (2025/26 season: 40 hectares of corn, 25 hectares of alfalfa, and 40 hectares of oats).

The property has more than 60 km of internal roads providing access throughout the farm (10 kilometers are currently being improved and widened to reach the central area of the property). In previous alfalfa harvests, approximately 500 round hay bales were produced and sold on the local market due to the absence of nearby producers.

The property is suitable for 1,200 breeding cows. It currently carries approximately 500 breeding cows with calves (Braford, Brangus, and Hereford), their corresponding bulls, and a variable number of deer with excellent genetics (San Pedro Ranch, Sierra de la Ventana, Buenos Aires Province). The number of deer varies depending on the time of year.

Electricity is available at the entrance to the property and comes from Provincial Route No. 1, which provides access to the farm and connects the town of Singuil with Provincial Route No. 48.

The property has exceptional pasture conditions, high rainfall, and abundant water resources (springs, rivers, and natural water sources within the property). It also has a great diversity of wildlife, including rheas, guaipos, and condors. The property is enclosed by approximately 2-meter-high woven wire perimeter fencing with steel posts.
