A 20,000-hectare ranch known as "El Quinto", located on Provincial Route No. 10, 35–42 km from the town of Santa Isabel, with direct access from the paved highway along both property boundaries (north and south), offering an uncommon level of connectivity for a property of this scale in western La Pampa.

A property of significant scale, divided into two clearly defined sections, allowing a buyer to plan operations in stages or even consider acquiring it for management by separate blocks.

North Section: Currently divided into two parcels. One parcel comprises 2,500 hectares, the most subdivided and intensively managed area, with internal divisions in fair condition that allow for strategic pasture rotation. It includes two non-operational Australian water tanks, two cattle handling facilities with working yards, and a storage shed in poor condition with an adjoining building.

The second parcel comprises 5,500 hectares. It extends from west to east along Provincial Route No. 10. It contains the main headquarters, a multi-bedroom house in good structural condition, a storage shed in excellent condition, connection to the electrical grid (an uncommon feature in this area), and a restored railway carriage as an additional feature. This parcel has some internal fences in poor condition or fallen, making it the least developed area of the property. It also lacks adequate internal roads for circulation.

South Section: Comprises 11,500 hectares. This is the largest section and contains the property's most fertile and best-structured soils (central-eastern and southern sectors), specifically identified as the area with the greatest potential for the establishment of forage crops and improved pastures. This section is currently leased. It is the most developed part of the property, with internal roads and well-maintained conventional fencing divisions which, although still forming large paddocks, allow for better livestock management.
