Winery estate located in the heart of the Calchaquí Valley, near the town of San Carlos, Salta Province. Situated at 1,850 meters above sea level, the property has a total area of 315 hectares, of which 30 hectares are currently planted with vineyards.

The estate includes 279 hectares forming the Wine Park, intended for vineyard expansion, with access to well water, allowing the project to scale and adapt to different production needs. It also includes 4 hectares planted with olive trees and 2 hectares with walnut trees.

The property features its own winery, with a current capacity of 138,000 liters, where high-quality wines are produced under the “Mastaba” brand. Its name and architecture reference ancient stone constructions known as “mastabas,” reflected in the truncated pyramid shape of the main building, built with materials from the property itself. The winery is set at an elevated position, offering panoramic views of the entire Calchaquí Valley.
