Mixed-use property with strong agricultural potential, located in Pozo Hondo, Santiago del Estero, with a total area of 6,924 hectares. Of this, 362 hectares are currently under cultivation, while 3,114 hectares have been cleared for agriculture but are presently used as pasture. Additionally, 1,230 hectares are designated for livestock, 1,164 hectares of native forest are subdivided into paddocks, and 693 hectares remain as reserve forest, with the remainder allocated to internal roads and windbreaks.

The property features very good infrastructure for livestock production and offers significant potential to expand the agricultural area. The 3,114 hectares already cleared, currently used for grazing with improved pastures and controlled regrowth, provide an excellent opportunity to incorporate more land into crop production.

It is divided into two sections: one of 3,894 hectares with direct access from National Route N°34, and another of 3,030 hectares accessed via a 12 km internal road from the same route. Both sections are supplied by a total of 9 water wells, 4 flowing and the rest semi-flowing, with water pumped into Australian tanks and distributed across the paddocks.

The property is planted with buffel grass (Texas and Biloela varieties), Numbak, and Gatton Panic, supporting an estimated stocking rate of 0.8 livestock units per hectare of pasture.
