This 1,409-hectare property is located near the town of Pila, featuring a regular rectangular layout and predominantly flat, level terrain. These characteristics provide an ideal setting for efficient farm planning, whether for intensive livestock production or long-term investment in property improvements.

The property is traversed by a central access road that begins at the entrance, located at one corner of the estate, extends to the ranch headquarters, and continues almost to the opposite boundary, providing an efficient internal circulation network.

Internal subdivision consists of 10 paddocks enclosed with permanent electric fencing, allowing for an already well-organized rotational grazing system with significant potential for further intensification through moderate investment.

The property is currently well covered with natural forage.
