Mixed farm located in Montania. The property comprises 1,100 hectares of developed agricultural land, 1,200 hectares allocated to livestock production (with agricultural development), 400 hectares currently undergoing agricultural development, and 1,987 hectares of native woodland, conservation areas, and internal roads.

The livestock area is predominantly established with Gatton Panic pasture intercropped with Black Sudan grass, allowing for efficient and sustainable herd management. The livestock water troughs are strategically located at the center of the 100-hectare blocks, each of which is subdivided into eight 12-hectare paddocks, facilitating rotational grazing.
