Unique property in the eastern region of Paraguay, located on Lake Ypoá, in the Paraguarí Department, bordering the Central Department and adjoining Ypoá National Park. It is the only property with direct access and exclusive frontage on Lake Ypoá, featuring its own private pier.

Located within the physiographic region known as the Eastern Plains, the area is characterized by prairie vegetation that, according to topography, shifts from rolling high prairie to low-lying grasslands influenced by Lake Ypoá and its tributary waterways. These prairies alternate with scattered native forest formations that together total 2,700 hectares. The property has an irregular polygonal shape, and the terrain is gently rolling. The ranch preserves unique native flora and fauna species in their natural habitat and harmoniously integrates agricultural production with nature.

It currently supports 4,000 breeding cows. Pastures include 700 hectares of Brachiaria brizantha established on disked and sown fields in good condition, plus 300 hectares of colonial grass planted on original ground. The property has strong potential and suitable soils for reforestation.
