Mixed-use property, predominantly livestock-oriented, with a total area of 3,756 hectares, located very close to the locality of Estancia Colonia 'El Ombú'. The property is surrounded by two access routes coming from National Route No. 12 and Provincial Route No. 1, providing good accessibility for those coming from different parts of the province.

The farm is divided into 21 paddocks with their respective lanes (covering 270 hectares), which facilitates livestock management. At the entrance of the property there are 335 hectares currently allocated to agriculture, with the possibility of expanding the agricultural area for rice production thanks to the land’s topography, as can be seen in neighboring farms.

At present, the agricultural section is leased to a third party, while the livestock area, covering approximately 3,371 hectares, is operated by the owners under a cow-calf and backgrounding system, with a stocking rate of 0.7 livestock units per hectare (LU/ha).

The property has good water availability for livestock consumption, with numerous water troughs and river frontage along the Guayquiraró Stream.
