An 860-hectare mixed-use farm located near Gorch Station, in the General Belgrano district. The property enjoys a good location, close to several towns and cities.

The farm combines approximately 770 hectares of livestock land with around 80 hectares of agricultural land, providing greater stability to the operation, either through grain production or by using the cultivated area to produce higher-quality forage, allowing for a significant increase in carrying capacity.

The 80 hectares of agricultural potential are located on a well-defined ridge that runs from west to east across the property, passing through the area where the main headquarters are located. These soils are classified as Class III according to the INTA land capability classification.

Within the 770-hectare livestock area, two distinct environments can be identified. One consists of approximately 340 hectares of higher natural grassland, with soils ranging between Class III and Class VI, making it more productive than the remaining area.

The remaining 430 hectares, approximately, consist of lowlands and shallow depressions, currently covered with abundant rushes. During periods of rainfall, these areas are often flooded. At present, these hectares have no internal divisions, forming a single large paddock in the western sector of the property.
