The Estancia Martín Fierro consists of 352 hectares adjacent to the town of Capilla del Señor. It has a very special historical ingredient, as it houses the house where José Hernandez finished the emblematic and historic Argentine book ‘El gaucho Martín Fierro.’ This house has been renovated and well-maintained. It features a small living room, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen-dining area, and a bathroom, with a beautiful gallery at the entrance. The entire ceiling is made of brick, and the floors are from the period.

The house is located within a beautiful 15-hectare forest, where you can also find another house with similar characteristics.
